Telefonun parolasını bulamıyorum.: İpucu prologda ve kilit ekranındaki el feneri simgesinde. Anne, Defne'nin parolalarını önemli tarihlerden yaptığını söylüyor; kedisi Lokum 6 Temmuz'da üç yaşına girdi.
Takıldım, ne yapmalıyım?: Dosya uygulamasındaki her sorunun altında “İpucu” var. Kanıtlar telefonda gezindikçe kendiliğinden Dosya'ya düşer.
Kamera izni neden isteniyor?: Oyun içindeki kurgusal Kamera uygulaması canlı önizleme gösterebilsin diye. Görüntü kaydedilmez, gönderilmez; izin vermeseniz de oyun eksiksiz oynanır.
Oyun kaç dilde?: Türkçe ve İngilizce. Dili başlık ekranından değiştirebilirsiniz.
Hikâye gerçek mi?: Hayır. Kişiler, kurumlar ve olaylar tamamen kurgudur.

Does the game need an internet connection?: No. It runs fully offline.
Where is my progress stored?: On your device only. Deleting the app deletes it; nothing is backed up or sent to us.
I can't find the phone's passcode.: The hint is in the prologue and behind the flashlight icon on the lock screen. Her mother says Defne made passcodes from important dates; her cat Lokum turned three on 6 July.
I'm stuck.: Every question in the Case app has a “Hint”. Evidence is added to the Case automatically as you explore the phone.
Why does it ask for camera access?: So the fictional in-game Camera app can show a live preview. Nothing is recorded or sent, and the game is fully playable without it.
What languages are supported?: Turkish and English. Switch from the title screen.
Is the story real?: No. All characters, institutions and events are invented.
