Summary

Courtroom AI is a single-player courtroom simulation game. We do not require an account, we do not collect personal information, and we do not track you.

What data is processed

• Game progress (case results, scores, settings, token balance) is stored only on your device. It never leaves your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
• Defense texts you write in the game are sent to OpenAI's API (gpt-4o-mini) solely to have the in-game AI judge evaluate your argument. These texts are fictional courtroom arguments written for gameplay. Do not include real personal information in your defense texts. OpenAI processes this data under its API data usage policies; API data is not used to train OpenAI models.

What we do NOT do

• No account registration, no email, no name, no contacts.
• No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps.
• No location, camera, microphone, or photo access.
• We do not sell or share any data.

In-app purchases

Token purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Hangi veriler işlenir

• Oyun ilerlemesi (dava sonuçları, puanlar, ayarlar, jeton bakiyesi) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Telefonunuzdan asla çıkmaz ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde silinir.
• Oyunda yazdığınız savunma metinleri, yalnızca oyun içi yapay zeka hâkimin argümanınızı değerlendirmesi için OpenAI API'sine (gpt-4o-mini) gönderilir. Bu metinler oyun amaçlı yazılmış kurgusal mahkeme argümanlarıdır. Savunma metinlerinize gerçek kişisel bilgi yazmayın. OpenAI bu veriyi API veri kullanım politikaları kapsamında işler; API verileri OpenAI modellerinin eğitiminde kullanılmaz.
